Condition:

The canvas is wax lined and tacked to modern stretchers. There is frame abrasion along the extreme edges with associated inpainting and there is fine minor surface cracking within the female figure's skirt. Under UV: The work retains an uneven varnish and there is a line of inpainting in the center of the work from a previous restoration, as well as fine lines of inpainting in the upper left corner and scattered pindots throughout. Framed Dimensions: 35 by 41 1/8 in. (88.9 by 104.5 cm.)
